WHICH ONE SHOULD I CHOOSE; PARCEL OR PRIORITY?
You may use www.usps.com to see estimated time of arrival on your items.
All you have to do is visit: http://postcalc.usps.com , insert 33142 for "FROM" zip code then your zip code for "TO" zip code.
Enter today's date and select "PACKAGE" "10 POUNDS" (This does not change delivery time).You may then decide if you would like to choose parcel postage or priority. In some cases we ship priority even when you pay for parcel, depending items purchased/ location etc .
We do not guarantee delivery date. We have no control of merchandise once it leaves our facilities. Order your items in a timely manner.
IN STORE PICK UP:
You may choose to pick up your merchandize at our Miami location. All you have to do is choose " IN STORE PICK UP" as your shipping option at check out, this will cost you nothing ($0.00).
You will get an email confirmation when your order is ready for pick up.
RETURN & ORDER CANCELATION POLICY:
You may return all manufactured packaging items (packs) within 14 calendar days of purchase. Return shipping will be paid by the BUYER.
You will receive refund for items if received within 14 calendar days. PayPal / Shipping fee no refundable, including orders cancelled by the customer.
Sugarman Candy makes sure to provide you with candy in the best conditions and, we know that it is not very common, we want you to know that once the merchandise leaves our facilities we will not be responsible for any damage occurred during transit.
